We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Health Care
Assistant (HCA) to join our team. This role involves providing
residents with the highest standard of basic care and support, in line
with our home’s philosophy of care and individual care plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide daily care
to help them maintain their independence.
• Participate in resident activities .
• Deliver personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring
dignity and respect at all times.
• Support residents in daily activities in accordance with their
care plans.
• Follow the home’s policies and procedures to maintain a safe and
caring environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Requirements:
• A caring and empathetic nature.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• Previous experience... in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
