Reporting into the Head of Food, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced production manager looking for a role with ownership.

You’ll be joining the team at ground level as they scale and will actively contribute to shaping the internal culture - which already includes regular company events - to ensure a fun and collaborative working environment.

You’ll be doing this:
• Building and implementing a food quality reporting system
• Following principles of HACCP... and ensuring progressive food safety
• Implementing SALSA and gain accreditation, plus support with any future accreditations such as Organic cert and B-Corp
• Owning production from planning to execution, ensuring quality and safety are always the priority
• Developing strong relationships with suppliers.

And you’ll need this:
• Managerial level experience in food production
• Relevant certifications in food safety e.g. HACCP
• Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance programs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
