Quality Capability Associate, Industrial Placement, July 2025, London UK

Join our Global Quality Services Team at Haleon based in London for a 12-month industrial placement , starting in July 2025.

If you’re a second / third year university student eager to kickstart your career in Quality, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience. You'll work closely with a supportive and experienced team, who will help you grow and reach your full potential.

Support key areas of the Quality Services Team, including the quality strategy roadmap, quality culture, communication, capability, and engagement.

Collaborate with the Quality Services Head and Quality Capability Lead to facilitate meetings, events, and communications for the Quality leadership team. You'll work on topics such as preparing & hosting webinars, presentations, and capability building.

Help maintain the Global Quality calendar and track the progress of key deliverables across the organisation.

Contribute to... continuous improvements within the Quality Services team, assisting in external benchmarking and developing strategic partnerships.

If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.

Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.

Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.

Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve a case study or technical exercise.
