About our Client:
Our client holds a reputable name within the London Construction sector, offering a one stop solution for bespoke joinery and carpentry by undertaking projects from Design, Production, and Installation. This company have established an impressive portfolio of repeat clients working with the capitals Top Contractors, such as Multiplex Sir Robert McAlpine and the Berkeley Group. Working with these Clients, they notably feature on flagship construction schemes, however they also work on prestigious super prime works which include The Royal Households , giving them a diverse range projects and sectors covered.
About the opportunity
A great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to work within a driven environment, hungry for success. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects from pre-start meetings through to handover and project completion, Working in tandem with the... joinery workshop manager, commercial team, and directors.
A permanent position which will be field based where you’ll be working from site to site which are predominantly within the M25, whilst reporting to the office for weekly meetings.
About the requirements:
• * Must have technical knowledge of joinery components, finishes and manufacturing techniques.
• Proven background in the Carpentry and Joinery sector
• * Have the ability to identify why client designed joinery will not work as drawn.

About the Salary / Package
This is a permanent position with the opportunity to develop further within this business. Salary ranges from £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience and skill set, with a generous bonus scheme subject to performances.
