The Position

We are seeking a Junior Digital Project Manager who can organise their own projects to a good standard. They will be the key day-to-day liaison between the Digital Project Manager, Digital Content Manager, and other business departments. They must be able to keep up to date on all areas of associated projects, proving an efficient and effective communicator, as well as trusted and respected internally and externally.

What You’ll Do
• Supports the Digital Project Manager’s day-to-day communication with clients to ensure they are kept up to date with all aspects of activity (regular phone and email contact) as well as supporting in face-to-face meetings.
• Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with clients and colleagues through suitable and articulate communication at all stages of the processes to ensure a project’s aims and objectives are exceeded.
• Has a basic understanding of the creation and maintenance of multiple web pages (through a CMS).
• Plans, tracks and communicates the progress of projects and “always-on” tasks with colleagues and clients as well as ensuring deadlines are met by steering the wider team positively through any requests.
• Supports the ticket requests for the Digital Content Manager to ensure they have what they need to populate and create web pages to meet the client briefs, whilst communicating any blockers that may arise.
• Aids the Digital Project Manager on the day-to-day SCRUM workflow around a bi-weekly cycle, updating, reviewing and creating new actions for the websites and our team, as well as supporting the creative projects outside of this.
• Leads all associated administration for the purpose of project management by ensuring documents (i.e. meeting notes and other associated documents to aid the DPM) are recorded and produced correctly so that information can be shared with clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assures incredible attention to detail on the output of work, with the ability to QA confidently.
• Shares innovations and inspirations with clients, as well as any potential trends or issues affecting client business. Proactively creates weekly highlights and updates with wider team.

What You’ll Need
• Strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Familiar with planning and mangement tools including Asana and Monday.
• Experience with Content Management Systems. Specifically uploading and pubishing content.
• Plans and organises their own work so that they are efficient and effective in meeting project aims.
• Can be relied upon to do what they said they would do.
• Verbal and written communication is clear and concise.
• Takes time to listen to and understand the perspectives of others and proposes solutions. Is always respectful.
• Actively contributes to achieving team results. Supports team decisions. Highly thoughtful and collaborates effectively.
• Demonstrates initiative and role model behaviour.
• Takes initiative in clarifying roles and responsibilities and understands their contribution to project.
• Demonstrates an understanding of budgets and how it relates to their own responsibilities.
