The Role:
As our Sales Property Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You will... lead the charge in securing new business, managing property listings, and driving the sales process. Your role will include building strong client relationships, delivering innovative marketing solutions, and negotiating successful sales. You will also be a key player in developing our team and shaping the future of Castle Hill Properties.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in estate agency sales with a track record of generating valuations to instructions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• High level of accountability and integrity.
• Ability to act quickly based on instinct while using data to support decisions.
• Commitment to personal and professional development, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
