Job Descrption
The Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant will play a dual role, managing daily office operations and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the agency’s property listings and other offers. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office workflow and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
• Front Desk Management: Welcome clients, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, property viewings, presentations and meetings.
• Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain business documentation and client records.
• Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Client Relationship Management: Support agents with client follow-ups, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Marketing Support
• Social Media Management: Schedule and post property listings, news, and events on social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing content for social media... newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Digital Marketing: Support online advertising campaigns, including paid ads on real estate platforms and social media.
• Design Support: Work with design software (e.g., Canva) to create flyers, posters, and listing sheets.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and real estate trends to support agency marketing strategies.
• Product Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations for new property listings, services, or market updates to potential clients and stakeholders. Ensure presentations are visually appealing, informative, and tailored to the target audience.
• Client Communication & Scheduling: Respond to inquiries from potential clients who reach out regarding advertised program or properties, providing detailed information and scheduling meetings. Maintain the diary for property viewings, consultations, and follow-up meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling for both agents and clients.
Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2-3 years in office administration or marketing, ideally within real estate or related industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, basic graphic design software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment
This position is office-based, with the possibility of occasional site visits.
Remuneration starting point: £12.50 p/h
