Job Summary
As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role involves providing guidance and expertise throughout the real estate transaction process.
Duties
- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- List properties for sale by gathering listing information and taking photographs
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate prices on behalf of clients
- Prepare and complete real estate documents and contracts
- Coordinate property closings
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
- Property valuation: Estimate the value of a property and advise on market rent levels
- Property marketing: Promote properties for sale, collect information, and arrange for photographs Property viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings for prospective buyers
- Negotiation: Represent sellers in negotiations with buyers
- Property maintenance: Organize... property cleaning and maintenance
- Legal compliance: Ensure that the buying, selling, and letting process meets legal requirements
- Client liaison: Work with professionals like solicitors, surveyors, and conveyancers
- Client advice: Counsel clients on market trends and provide information on market prices and industry conditions
- Client follow up: Follow up with existing clients and network for new ones
- Administrative tasks: Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, update property listings, and draft and deliver documents
- Coordinating with architects, surveyors, builders, and other professionals involved in property development.
- Monitoring the progress of property improvements and development to ensure compliance with planning permissions and local laws.
- Coordinating all aspects of the transaction process, including legal documentation and settlement details.
- Using various platforms to promote properties (online listings, brochures, open houses, etc.).
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong administrative abilities to manage property listings, contracts, and paperwork efficiently
- Multilingual proficiency is advantageous for catering to diverse clientele
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
