We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our structured property finance team. This role requires a Real Estate Finance Graduate with 1-2 years of experience, who will be responsible for researching, financial modelling, and underwriting real estate debt opportunities. Key responsibilities include designing and updating models, performing deal analysis, and supporting client proposals. Requirements include a Real Estate Finance Degree, prior experience in real estate debt, strong financial analysis and modelling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and updating models for RE Debt transactions
• Performing deal analysis and ad hoc modelling
• Assessing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries
• Producing marketing material such as teasers, presentations, and credit papers
• Developing relationships with clients and funding partners

Skills & Competencies:
• Real Estate Finance Degree
• Prior experience in... Real Estate debt
• Robust financial analysis and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical, quantitative, qualitative, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS software
