Job Descrption
A Visual Merchandiser Coach has overall accountability for being the creative force behind our store's aesthetic and store layout. This role is to design and implement visual displays that not only attract customers but also drive sales. You'll lead a team of visual merchandisers, ensuring that our store looks its best and stays on-brand. They act like an owner, effectively communicating the why, how and who, with a right first-time approach.

Our Visual Merchandise Coaches drive the stores sales by tracking the data on our stores sales trends and therefore are able to influence the decisions for the store. As a Visual Merchandiser Coach, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life in-store. Our VMs will lead and coach a team of VM colleagues in store to support them in enhancing our customers experience in store

• store.Support the Leadership Team in implementing the Engagement Action Plan and keeping the objectives alive in-
• store.Maximise in-store sales by ensuring optimal on-shelf availability (OSA) through managing delivery breakdowns and effectively communicating handovers to the duty ma
• nager.Collaborate closely with the Customer and Colleague Experience Coaches to ensure availability of all Special Buy and Feature Line
• stock.Complete the Negative Stock Exception report weekly to support the maintenance of an accurate stock
• file.Action the weekly Open PO & HU report tasks to ensure maximum On Shelf Availability (OSA) and timely payment to supp
