The Opportunity: Education Recruitment... Consultant
We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Recruitment Consultant based in our growing Kingston/Surrey Office. We are seeking driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students. As an Education Recruitment Consultant within our Schools division, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to connect outstanding educators with schools across Surrey specifically.
Base Salary Range: 29,500-£35,000 - based on experience
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.
Driving Licence required
Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators
• Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives.
• Business development - broadening the network of schools we can support with exceptional educators.
• Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach.
• Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders.
