We are partnered with a beautiful luxury RTW brand requiring a Senior Sales Assistant who'll focus on the customer experience within the store along with nurturing your own relationships and client opportunities to drive sales and a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Great warm customer experience, building strong relationships
• Extensive client book
• Upselling skills across bespoke, made-to-order and ready to wear collections.
• Client management skills , working with head office to ensure a high customer retention rate and increased value amongst our clients.
• Nurture new prospect clients into to the store and brand
• Proactively use various tools of messaging, social media and marketing tools to keep up to date with clients
• Style clients with total looks
• Support the Store Manager and head office during events to develop them as relationship-building occasions
• Support the store with varied responsibilities across stock management, visual merchandising and... general housekeeping

You will have:
• Proven experience working in a prestigious fashion environment
• Detail-oriented, highly organised and results-driven
• A positive team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
