We are a family-run organic, vegan skincare brand focused on sustainability and natural ingredients. We are passionate about delivering high-quality skincare solutions to our customers, and we’re looking for a motivated and born sales professional with a track record of hitting targets to join our dynamic team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and offer tailored product recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets by utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sales system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed
• Stay up-to-date with Sknfed’s product offerings, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed
•... Assist in maintaining sales records and reports
• deal with online orders daily

What We’re Looking For:
• A natural-born salesperson with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• A passionate individual with a keen interest in organic skincare and sustainable beauty
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated and responsible, able to manage the shop independently during shifts
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential
• A team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and grow within the company
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
