Beard Surgeon specializes in fragranced grooming products that allow our customers to SMELL Good, LOOK GOOD, and FEEL good. The company was founded in 2021. The creation of Beard Surgeon was very necessary in the grooming market as it brings a vibrant personality & uniqueness to the industry. The Beard Surgeon goal is to make men fall in love with the process of grooming, by enabling them to feel confident and look groomed no matter what part of the world they reside in.

We are rapidly asserting dominance in men's luxury grooming, marking our success by deploying our 4th new kiosks across the UK this year.

Your role at Beard Surgeon: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join Beard Surgeon, a leading retailer in the grooming industry. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence across our kiosk locations in London. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and will be... responsible for sales objectives, staff management, and overall performance in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Operations:

- Sell products at the kiosks, leading by example and demonstrating effective sales techniques.

- Ensure the aesthetics of the kiosks are maintained at all times to enhance the customer experience.

- Drive traffic to content creators and occasionally assist with content creation to support marketing efforts.

2. Staff Management:

- Assist the HR department with recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees in the London region.

- Rota management via Square

- Communicate job expectations with Team Leaders by planning, monitoring, and reviewing staff expectations and targets.

- Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with staff to provide feedback and support their development.

- Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Achieve regional sales objectives by providing strategic plans and conducting regular reviews.

- Prepare and complete action plans regarding sales and staff management, including customer service standards.

- Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.

4. Performance Improvement:

- Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, and determine regional sales system improvements.

- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field would provide a strong foundation for the role. Coursework in sales management, marketing strategies, and business development can be particularly valuable.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in performance management and driving sales targets.

- Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends and product knowledge.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales planning tools and software.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position based in our kiosk location in Westfield White City or Westfield Stratford.

- The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- 3 months of training and support will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
