Health and Safety Advisor- Central London

Due to continued growth, we are now urgently looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be a key player in implementing and maintaining robust health & safety measures on site, ensuring a secure working environment, and leading the team in achieving safety objectives.

Lead the development of Health & Safety leadership & culture in the workplace.
• Ensure full compliance with local and national Health and Safety legislation pertaining to the project construction.
• Develop project-specific health & safety strategies, programs, and plans in partnership with Group Health and Safety.
• Coordinate health and safety program elements addressing site access, security... project induction, first aid, welfare, and emergency arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage on-site health and safety resources.
• Establish a process of active health and safety monitoring through audits and inspections of site conditions and contractor activities.
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance and challenges using predefined leading and lagging health and safety performance indicators.
• Degree/ qualifications in Health and Safety Management/NEBOSH.
• Commercial, life sciences pharmaceutical, healthcare project sectors experiences are desirable with either sub or main contractor.
• Updated understanding of health and safety principles with proven technical skills in occupational safety and health disciplines.
• Proficiency in H&S software & tools
