In this role, you will:
• Participate in a range of low to moderately complex investigative, security consulting, and risk-based security services to prevent or mitigate criminal acts involving company assets, employees, or customers; and provide regular on-site presence at a Wells Fargo facility before, during, or after standard business hours until incident is resolved, and the location is cleared by law enforcement or senior Corporate Security leadership.
• Follow written procedures for assigned duties, escalating to regional and senior Corporate Security leadership when required.
• Proactively identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities.
• Review and analyse security business or technical challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium security risk deliverables.
• Provide site-based and general security/personal security training to administrative lines of business on appropriate security and risk strategies.
• Conduct site-based security assessments and assist on-site with special events.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations.
• Present recommendations for resolving security situations and exercise some independent judgment to develop policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Work with and build productive relationships with local law enforcement.
• Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
• Proactively manage and mitigate security and threat issues.
• Manage the day-to-day security of 33 King William Street, London to include management of the on-site security team.
• Liaise with and provide security support to, tenants of 33 King William Street, London.
• Liaise with and foster relationships with peer organisations.
• Provide resiliency/redundancy support for the EMEA Regional Physical Security Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in Corporate Security and law enforcement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience in corporate security, preferably with previous military or law enforcement experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated corporate environment, preferable banking or finance.
• Good understanding of physical security programmes and security technology requirements (access control and CCTV) gained in a large international organisation (ideally financial services).
Job Expectations
• In office expectations is five days a week to provide management required.
• Ability to travel on business if required.
