SOHO Segment & Converged Manager

Your place in the team
Full P&L responsibility for SOHO segment. Define, implement and manage mobile & fixed value propositions, offers and communication. Manage customer lifecycle and ensure segment profitability. Define, align and execute annual business... plan for segment and deliver budget revenue and profit targets. Maximize FMC related opportunity. Ensure cooperation with other Business Units.
You will be involved in the following tasks
Full P&L responsibility for SOHO segment
•Maximize focus on converged business besides mobile/fixed with continuously developed digital mind-set in the future;
•Make consideration & NPS KPI’s into leader position again and keep it on;
•Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategy; define segment-specific campaigns & promotion, together with CVM & Consumer teams focusing on synergy;
•Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing activity plans aligned among segments;
•Lead segment commercial activities focusing on feasibility based on COPS involvement;
•Responsible for communication briefs coming from segment or product stream;
•Maximize relationship with other Opco’s and global to ensure best practices from and to;
•Ensure relevant inputs for promotion and portfolio pricing;
•Customer Lifecycle Management Model to ensure further growth on existing customer base;
•Improve customer perception and drive insights;
•Prepare feasibility study and decisions for projects of strategic importance;
•Channel management to ensure the background of efficient sales coverage;
Reports
•Define key marketing targets and goals to assure market share and revenue growth;
•Overall responsibility to follow up of activities;
•Monitoring all relevant trends and market development related to industry, competitors, products and services;
•Monitor KPIs;
•Business planning and forecasting;
•Ensure reporting to management and to group;
We are looking for you if you have
•University or College degree
•At least 5-8 years manager experience in telco sector, specially in mobile and/or fixed services
•B2B experience is an advantage
•Strong Communication Skills in Hungarian and in English
•High levels of self-motivation, initiative, can do attitude, ability to act as a change agent
