About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing company that specializes in designing and constructing bespoke fit-out solutions for commercial spaces with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are looking for a Project Manager who has experience of delivering D&B Office fit outs and who wants to become an important member of the delivery team for them.
About the Role
Our client is looking for someone who is interested in joining an established and reputable team in the capacity of a Project Manager. This role will see you based out of their office in Shoreditch and responsible for everything between initially meeting the clients through to handover on D&B office fit outs. Projects range up to and around the £2m mark and... work is allocated fairly to distribute the load and play to each person’s skills.
As Project manager you will be expected to have good knowledge of D&B office fit out and be able to manage clients, sub-contractors & the delivery of projects.
The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Project Planning: The Project Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Resource Management: They would manage resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
• Quality Control: The Project Manager would be responsible for ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
• Stakeholder Management: They would manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Budget Management: They would be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Schedule Management: They would manage the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time.
