Nurturing Behaviours Inc. is looking for Instructor Therapists to join our team! This is an employee-based position that includes comprehensive health benefits . Full time & part time hours available. These hours include working Monday-Friday with multiple children / youth throughout the morning, afternoon and some evenings. The hours are flexible, and can be built around your personal needs. Travel time & mileage between clients is paid. Sessions will be located between a mix of home and centre based sessions, which gives employees the opportunity to collaborate.

Responsibilities:
• Providing one-to-one therapy in centre, client homes, and community locations
• Data collection / graphing
• Maintaining organized program binders and materials
• Attending team meetings + trainings
• Completing notes related to direct hours
• Assisting in covering missed one-to-one hours
• Reading and becoming familiar with the learner’s signed consents

Additional Responsibilities for Senior... Therapists:
• Completing monthly reports
• Assisting with training
• Assisting with reassessments
• Program development & program prep
• Attending multidisciplinary meetings

Requirements:
• Education and or Clinical background in applied behavioural analysis considered an asset not a requirement.
• A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field. (Psychology, ABA, child & youth studies, Autism and Behavioural Sciences, etc.)
• Must provide a recent (within 6 months) criminal record check / Vulnerable Sector
• Must have access to a reliable car and a G class driver’s license with 2 million dollars insurance. Transportation of clients may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
