Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Solicitor - Managing Partner at Infinite Accounting Resources. The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves leading a team of legal... professionals, handling negotiations, and providing legal advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance on corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in UK courts and handle advocacy matters.
• Collaborate with company leadership to ensure strategic legal oversight.
• Develop and manage legal policies to maintain regulatory compliance and support business objectives.
Requirements
• UK-qualified Solicitor with decent years of experience.
• Registered with the SRA, with a proven record of successful court representation.
• Background in corporate law and litigation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in Managing Client Relationships and Business Development.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in accounting or finance industry is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive, Depends on the experience.
