JOB SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the Bella Freud websites, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience. This role involves website maintenance, content management, SEO, customer service, and collaboration with third-party agencies and partners. Additionally, the Coordinator will oversee performance marketing and CRM activities to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ECOMMERCE (DTC):
Oversee daily management of the Bella Freud websites, including seasonal updates, site maintenance (e.g., merchandising, upsells, navigation optimisation), SEO (imagery, key search terms, metadata), and customer management.
Manage content uploads for the homepage, product listing pages (PLPs), brand pages, and product detail pages (PDPs) to ensure the site aligns with the brand calendar, reflecting all relevant sales and launches.
Aid with Bella Freud's customer service... handling all inquiries such as product questions, returns, delivery, payment queries, and resolving escalated issues.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the development agency.
Assist the Head of Ecommerce in managing the development roadmap, calendar, and budget.
Monitor and enhance website user experience (UX) in collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce to drive improvements and performance.
Oversee content and data uploads for additional online platforms representing the brand, working closely with account managers to optimise sales performance.
Prepare and present weekly and seasonal trade reports on website performance, including sales KPIs and product performance.
LOGISTICS:
Manage daily ecommerce logistics with third-party tools and partners, such as Freightbrokers and Airbox.
Maintain and update on-site price lists, shipping methods, territories, and carriers.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to confirm product launch dates and manage replenishment queries.
PERFORMANCE MARKETING:
Work with the digital Marketing agency to provide assets and copy for use across paid media channels.
Work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure all content and copy follow performance marketing best practices while accurately reflecting the brand's image.
Support the business’s CRM programme (Klaviyo) to effectively nurture the customer database through segmentation and targeted communications.
Build and send weekly customer emails based on database segmentation and the brand marketing calendar.
Optimise & create automated email flows and nurture campaigns.
Provide weekly and seasonal reports on digital marketing performance and CRM initiatives.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Basic proficiency in Photoshop/Canva.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Shopify Reports.
Previous experience with Klaviyo or similar ECRM platforms.
Experience with Shopify is beneficial but not essential.
2 Years + experience in ecommerce
