I am currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager for a multi-award winning, world renowned luxury 5* Hotel, part of a small and superluxury world famous hotel operator in an extremely exclusive setting in the Centre of Rome, close to the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.

As Front Office Manager, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the high-quality,reporting directly to the Hotel Manager or, you will play a vital role in ensuring 5* standards are maintained and demanding UHNW clients wishes are exceeded.
You will have a strong commercial understanding whilst... controlling operational costs and maximising profitability, efficiency and guest satisfaction, maximising all sales opportunities.
Leading your team with a hands-on approach, you will provide training to enable the team members to carry out their duties effectively.
As Front Office Manager, you will have previous experience within a similar sized environment with the ability to manage 5* hotel Front Office with effortless ease.
You will be hungry to continue to develop your career with a group that has excellent opportunities for progression.
Required Skills
• Overall day to day running of a busy front office.
• Fluent Italian speaker with the ability and right to reside / live and work in Italy - Essential
• Ensure front office team are presented to the highest standard and always delivering the best possible service.
• Passionate about recruiting the right people, and training and developing a team.
• Key focus on cost control and rota planning
• A strong motivator and team leader
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
