We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. If you have excellent administrative skills and some experience with accounting, we’d love to hear from you! This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work between 25 and 40 hours per week based on your availability and our needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and office correspondence.
• Maintain organized records and handle data entry.
• Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, managing expense reports, and tracking office budgets.
• Coordinate communication between departments and act as a point of contact for staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
• Order and manage office supplies, keeping track of inventory.
• Support management with ad hoc tasks and special projects as... required.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
