Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and efficent operations within the factory. This role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various administrative tasks, making it essential for maintaining efficient operations within the quality control department.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records using computerised systems.
• Perform data entry tasks related to quality control and reports.
• Provide administration assistance to management and staff.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Inventory management and tracking of quality-related expenses.
• Maintain an organised filing system for all quality... control documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels, placing orders for suppliers, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when liaising with suppliers or clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a quality control or similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong clerical skills
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Competence in typing accurately and quickly is advantageous.
