Haptic Architects is seeking an architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We are Haptic. Based in London, Oslo and Bilbao, we work all over the world creating places that make people happy. As a practice we wish to instil this happiness into the way we work, promoting joy into each day and making our studio an exciting place to be part of.

Haptic is a leading, award-winning, international architecture and design practice. We have several high-profile, on-going international projects across a range of scales and building typologies. Our practice and projects are rooted in our Scandinavian values, creating a safe and welcoming space to bring your complete self and share your ideas.

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and engaged Part 1 or Part 2 architectural assistants to join our team in London to work on a range of projects in the UK, Norway and other international locations, including exciting and complex infrastructure projects.

We wish for all those interested to get in touch, but in particular we are looking candidates with demonstrable skills and experience including:
• proficient of BIM/Revit if Part 2
• proficient in Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word and Excel packages
• strong design portfolio and developing technical skills
• ability to work individually or as part of a team
• positive and helpful attitude and enthusiasm for design
• experience or keen interest in infrastructure or complex projects is beneficial
• fluency in written and spoken English is essential and fluency in a Scandinavian language is beneficial

We have adopted a transparent salary ladder at Haptic, which is designed to remove unconscious bias and ensure fair remuneration that is competitive in the marketplace. All offers will be based on our salary ladder.
