Responsibilities
• Ensure all operational vehicles are accounted for during your shift
• Update MARS to maintain vehicle status
• Collaborate with the fleet manager and multi-location manager to ensure the correct fleet is ready for customers
• Manage all body shop requests and on-site maintenance
• Process all off-site dealership bookings
• Contribute to departmental performance by meeting key metrics such as non-revenue management

Qualifications
• Proven experience in fleet coordination or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in fleet management or coordination roles is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
