Come grow with us! The Don-Mor Automotive Group is looking to welcome an addition to our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. If you love cars and working with the public, this position will be of interest to you. Working at our dynamic collision repair shop as the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical in acting as the liaison between the customer and the production team, ensuring the most positive service experience during a difficult and stressful time.
This cross-functional position will be responsible for the following:
• Greets all customers (phone, in-person, virtually) in a courteous, welcoming, and friendly manner.
• Meets with the customers who have repair estimate appointments. Review the damages on the vehicle with the customer and take the quality photos of the vehicle.
• Drives the vehicle back to the repair shop for an estimator to estimate it. Then, brings the vehicle back up to the... front and discuss the next steps to the customer.
• Monitors status of vehicle and coordinates service updates with the production team.
• Proactively contacts customers and provides repair updates throughout the process when their vehicle is in the facility until release.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.

What We are looking for?
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid G or G2 license with a clean Driver Abstract
• Can drive both standard and manual transmissions
• Has a general understanding of the automotive terminology
• Automotive industry experience is not required but would be an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pleasant and knows how to make the customers feel well taken care of
• Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, keen to details, organized, and handles time management well
• Proven ability and willingness to follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to work harmoniously in a team environment

Pay: $43,472.00-$46,472.00 per year
