We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term, full-time basis.As part of our journey of development and improvement, you will play a key role in addressing concerns at the earliest point and providing quality information when requested. We are looking for a dedicated, organised, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.In this role, you will:Work closely with service managers to respond to enquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.Report to the Head of SEND.Maintain the service’s SharePoint tracker system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.Receive training to support you in using this straightforward and effective system.Your ability to build and maintain... effective working relationships is essential, as you will act with a degree of autonomy and take a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will contribute towards service improvement, driven by the desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND in East Riding.We are looking for someone who is educated to GCSE level, has excellent IT skills, and experience working in an office environment.
