We are seeking motivated and proactive Recruitment & Training Administrators to join our Camberwell Recruitment and Training Academy. This role is crucial in supporting the recruitment and training of our professional Bus Drivers across London. As part of a dynamic team, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our recruitment and training processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new Bus Drivers for all London... locations.
• Providing administrative support for training programs, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Managing clerical duties in a busy office environment, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
• Assisting in coordinating recruitment campaigns and scheduling interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to support recruitment and training activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure. The ideal candidate will be:
• A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously, using initiative to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Experienced in administration , ideally within a recruitment or training environment, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Additional Skills And Experience
• Prior experience in a recruitment or training office is a distinct advantage but not essential.
• A professional and friendly attitude with a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage changing demands effectively.

Working Hours
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, but the role requires flexibility to cover start and finish times to meet the needs of the Recruitment, Training, and Apprenticeship departments. Occasional weekend work may also be required.
