You will gain a broad understanding of how the business functions and how each department works together to deliver a first-class service to Londoners.
• Departmental Rotations Gain exposure to HR, Engineering, Operations, and Bus Garage teams, learning key processes and how they contribute to our overall success.
• Project Management Lead and participate in projects that address real business challenges, presenting your ideas and solutions to senior leadership.
• Technology and Innovation Work with our Operations and Engineering teams to implement new technologies and support the deployment of electric buses, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of public transport innovation.
• Cross-Department Collaboration Build strong relationships across various departments, enhancing your understanding of how we deliver safe, reliable, and efficient services every day.
• Stakeholder Engagement Work alongside internal stakeholders, including Engineering
• Managers, HR Leads, and Operations Teams, as well as external partners and contractors.
