Electrical Design Engineer Building Services - Croydon

The Company

Established for over 20 years and growing, 3 regional offices services full M&E Building Services design, survey, and project management. A varied client base comprising of commercial, healthcare, local authority - schools and libraries, residential apartments. Working with contractors and developers. Office has 20 + employees that work together to achieve deadlines.

As the successful Senior Electrical Design Engineer
• Electrical design engineer will be working as part of a team designing electrical systems for energy, controls, lighting, and power
• Electrical design engineer will be working in collaboration on projects up to 30 million and independently on smaller multiple projects
• Electrical design engineer will produce design calculations
• Electrical design engineer will be using CAD
• Electrical design engineer will carry out tender analysis and attend site surveys
• Electrical design engineer will provide... budget costings for all aspects of requested service

To be successful as the Senior Electrical Design Engineer
• Experienced in producing electrical design schemes
• Knowledgeable on CIBSE, IEE and CDM
• CAD experienced
• Full driving licence and vehicle
• HNC or higher qualified in Electrical building services engineering
• Commuting distance to Croydon

Package is negotiable on experience circa of 60,000 + 25 days holiday, BUPA, out of pocket expenses
