Are you an experienced luxury Residential Concierge looking for an exciting opportunity? Join an award winning property management company at an iconic private residential development in South West London. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour shift on 4 days in and 4 days off. The salary ranges from £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience.

The building offers high-tech services and fully serviced facilities and living, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, treatment room, cinema room, and screening room. You will be part of a wider Concierge team, providing exceptional 5* service to residents and visitors, offering lifestyle services and handling all requests.
• Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors, and Suppliers
• Managing the lobby and lounges
• Responding to email enquiries
• Handling resident requests and general enquiries
• Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site
• Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team
