Embrace an exciting opportunity at NewDay to build, implement, and evaluate a dynamic range of eLearning modules that support our organisational objectives and promote continuous growth. Collaborating with subject matter experts from different departments, you'll develop custom, high-quality content that captivates and engages learners while ensuring alignment with our vision for success.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth here at NewDay, and you will be given the space to explore ways to help our eLearning output be even more creative.

Develop eLearning content using authoring, editing, and design software (like Articulate and Adobe) that aligns with our design principles and NewDay's brand guidelines.

Actively participate in testing and provide constructive feedback on the team's output to improve quality and... efficiency, and encourage new ideas and creative approaches in learning design, contributing to a culture of innovation.

Verbal and written communication, and able to articulate design concepts. Learning Management Systems to support content deployment and tracking – if this is in Workday it is a bonus.

Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Knowledge of core design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy).

The ability to integrate modern design trends into innovative projects.
