We are looking for a passionate and motivated UX/UI Conversion Expert to join our dynamic team. 🌟
Your Missions:
• Collaborate with the founders and the product team to understand and translate business... needs into UX/UI.
• Use Figma to create and bring ideas to life.
• Write clear, structured, and precise tickets for our developers, facilitating their work.
• Test user journeys at each production release to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Analyze captivating data and reports to track the results of our A/B tests.
• Continuously seek improvements to optimize our acquisition journeys and boost performance.
• Propose innovative UX/UI optimizations to enhance conversion and user experience.
• Work closely with the technical team and other departments to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
Your Profile:
👩🎓 UX/UI Designer
📢 Fluent in English
💡 Strong interest in UI and UX, conversion-oriented.
🔍 Curious and motivated to explore and optimize our journeys, drawing inspiration from industry best practices.
📋 Very rigorous and structured in your work.
🎨 Proficient in Figma to bring your creative ideas to life.
🛠️ Experience in technical ticketing using Agile methodology.
