Job Title: Business Process Architect - Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO)

Location: London, UK

Contract Length: 6 months | Rate: £780 per day | IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Architect to play a crucial role in a high-impact S/4 HANA transformation project focused on Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO). This role involves leveraging SAP IS-Oil and SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) to optimise fuel logistics, inventory management, and customer-facing operations across retail fuel networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Design and Optimisation: Lead the design and improvement of processes for fuel logistics, pricing, and inventory management in retail fuel operations.
• SAP IS-Oil and RFNO Integration: Ensure smooth integration of fuel distribution, pricing, and station management with SAP IS-Oil and RFNO solutions.
• Utilise SAP CAR: Use SAP CAR to incorporate real-time customer data for personalised promotions... demand forecasting, and enhanced inventory optimisation.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, IT, and sales to ensure process alignment with business goals.
• Technology Alignment: Ensure SAP solutions like S/4 HANA meet the operational needs of fuel retail.
• Project Coordination: Lead multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions in retail fuel operations.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience with SAP IS-Oil, particularly in downstream operations such as fuel distribution and pricing.
• Deep understanding of Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO), including logistics and inventory management.
• Proven expertise in SAP CAR for real-time customer data analysis and demand forecasting.
• Advanced skills in business process design, optimisation, and process mapping.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in delivering SAP implementations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
