The Visitor Hosting Team provide the first welcome into our beautiful Gardens.
We are looking to employ people who are customer-focused, who are comfortable working on a till system in a busy, visitor-facing environment, who can work internally and externally, manage queues and answer questions at all of our four entrance gates across the site, always delivering an exceptional service to our visitors.
An aptitude for working outside in all weathers, the ability to work effectively as part of a highly diverse team, and interact with a wide and varied customer base are essential to this role.
Successful candidates will have experience working with the public in a busy, high-volume leisure or retail environment. Knowledge of cash handling and the use of IT systems, including till or ticketing systems, are vital to the role, along with a flexible approach to rosters and working hours when the Gardens open from 8am to 8pm in summer months.
We have a range of seasonal vacancies for this... position. These vacancies are for 3 full time posts at 36 hours, 12 posts at 26.5 hours, 1 post at 16 hours (average p/w) and 16 posts at zero hours, on a seasonal contract.

The salary for this position is £23,300 per annum (pro rata) - [Band A] - pay review pending
