Yacht Charter Executive – JOB DESCRIPTION

Hybrid Position (3 days at the office and 2 days WFH)
Located in SW18 London, Sterling Yachting are a prominent boutique yachting company specializing in yacht charter.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Yacht Charter Executive to join the team.
Collaborating closely with the Yacht Charter Brokers, you will primarily focus on CRM work, marketing support, administrative tasks, while contributing to the expansion of the charter division and client base by actively generating introductions for the Charter Brokers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the... ability to work well with others and contributing to a positive team environment.
The role is hybrid (3 days at office and 2 at home); when home-based you will be responsible to keep to working hours and organize your working station efficiency.
You will be required to be confident with MS Office, and you will be trained to use the industry databases.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with data mining and researching new clients
• Assist with cold outreach (email and telephone)
• Assist with client campaigns and their follow ups
• Assist the Charter Brokers and the CEO as directed
• Keep up to date with industry news and react quickly to capitalize on opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNWI’s and actively promote the business to clientele
• Ad-hoc admin support
• Manage destinations/routing library
• Manage client requests (occasionally outside of working hours) and stay in touch with prospects when required
• Work alongside the CEO and Yacht Brokers in servicing new and existing clients
• Work with the CEO and Charter Brokers in establishing and managing relationships with clients, yachts’ representatives and captains
• Participation at boat shows when and if required by the CEO
Experience:
• Previous experience working with CRM systems and/or research
• Previous experience in dealing with HNW / UHNW clients / individuals is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily
