We are currently recruiting for a Yacht Charter Broker to join our London office (London Bridge).

HELM organises worldwide yachting holidays. As a charter broker, you will work with existing and new clients to help select the perfect yacht for their needs and to help with all aspects of their holiday.

We are looking for an outgoing individual, who is self-motivated, highly organised, has a genuine passion for travel and yachting, and is able to uphold the high standard of service that HELM customers expect.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
• A passion for yachting
• Sales experience (ideally within the charter industry)
• Excellent communication, written and numeracy skills
• Confident and outgoing manner
• Well presented
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Has worked as yacht crew (preferred)
• Has travelled/sailed in any of our destinations (preferred)
• Fluent in other... languages a big bonus

Competitive salary + commission.

OTE in year one £30 - 40k
