Duties and Responsibilities:
· Dealing with mid-term adjustments
· Handling claims from clients
· Uphold a respected reputation and cultivate strong relationships with all key suppliers, customers, and insurers.
· Understanding and knowledge of the business and its products
Requirements
•... Demonstrable knowledge of the UK Insurance Industry (Essential)
• Basic technical knowledge of FCA regulations as they pertain to insurance intermediaries
• Competent on Open GI
• Poven Excel and Word experience
• Live within a reasonable commute to our offices
• Motor insurance experience is not essential but is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,523.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• London, E15 3NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

• 100% (required)
