Skills
• Some insurance experience, preferably in client servicing (broker or company)
• Understanding of in-country commercial insurance and multinational corporations
• Strong administration skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Responsibilities
• Coordinate local service requirements for Controlled Master Program for New Business and renewals
• Manage incoming policy portfolios of non-strategic clients while maintaining relationships with brokers
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific products within the country and AIG Multinational Systems
• Respond promptly to client and broker communications while providing up-to-date information
• Ensure timely issuance of requested documentation and report on account status
Qualifications
• Some insurance experience, preferably in client servicing
• Experience with multinational corporations and understanding of in-country commercial insurance
• Strong administration and organizational skills
