Overview
Profile Insurance is a well establish, friendly general insurance broker. We specialise in High net worth clients. Our customers rely on us for our in depth technical understanding, our professionalism and customer focus. We now seek candidates (either full time or part time) with personal lines insurance experience to join the team, with at least 2 years’ experience in home and motor insurance.
The job entails all aspects of personal lines – taking initial enquiry, establishing professional relationship, gaining understanding of clients needs. Providing quotations and delivering terms to client acknowledging FCA requirements. All Aspects of client journey dealt with including new business, MTA’s claims, collection of client premium and renewals.
Professional and friendly manner, ability to work as part of a team but also disciplined to work byself. Your communication skills must include phone, email and letter writing.
Fully conversant with Microsoft office and industry... specific software (we use Acturis)
Duties
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyse clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Discuss terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting personal lines insurance products.
