This role involves supporting clients by explaining and managing benefits options, handling clains, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proative and self motivating.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact for insurance and benefits inquiries, handling senstivie information professionally and discreetly.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding theirneeds, goals and risk profiles.
• Education and Guidance: Educate clients on various types of insurance, explaning policy detailsand coverage limits.
Qualifications:
• Education: Highshool diploma or equivilant
• Experience: Proven skills in customer service, sales and managment
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skils, detail oriented, driven and self motivated
