Job description

Akeneo is blazing the trail for disruption of the PIM category. A key strategic initiative for the company is to expand Akeneo’s App Store, the hub for high-value integrations with hundreds of complementary third party technologies (e.g., eCommerce, DAM, Search & Discovery) that make it easier for customers to improve and innovate the Product Experience across their entire customer journey.

To support this strategic initiative, the App Store & ISV team is expanding. The Technology Partner Manager EMEA will be a key member of Akeneo’s App Store & ISV team, responsible for working with select global strategic ISV/technology partners to accelerate business growth for Akeneo and partners. They will play an integral role in executing the team’s go-to-market plans by driving mutually beneficial pipeline- and revenue-generating activities.

The best candidate for this role will be someone who is eager to learn, organized, understands how to build and nurture relationships, and operates with urgency and an innate desire to have their role make an impact on the business. The best candidate for this role has experience managing a strategic partnership for their company that has yielded strong results for the business.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partnership and field teams at global strategic ISV/technology partners, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, and Google Cloud.
• Engage proactively with partners to do account mapping in order to both accelerate existing deals and identify new opportunities.
• Host enablement with partners to help partners understand how Akeneo provides value to them and their customers.
• Create joint value messaging and materials, including win stories, for partners to use to drive interest from prospects and customers in our partnership.
• Identify opportunities to create awareness for partnership, collaborating with Akeneo’s marketing team.
• Facilitate ongoing alignment between Akeneo’s regional sales leaders and their counterparts at our partners.
• Track and manage pipeline with partners for referral and co-sell opportunities, collaborating with Akeneo’s global sales team.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in ISV/technology partnerships, channel partnerships or channel sales, or business development
• Experience in eCommerce, MACH Alliance, with one of the following partners: SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, GCP preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Innate desire to learn, internalize and apply new learnings
• Results-oriented with a deep sense of accountability and the ability to operate with urgency from start to finish, achieving the intended business impact
• Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic about navigating and succeeding in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business
• A scrappy, ‘get it done’ attitude; resourceful and creative
• Team player - You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect
