Join a top London based law firm as an IT Training Manager on a 6-month FTC.
The Technology Training and Adoption Manager is a newly created role designed to collaborate with HFW’s technologists, the Change Manager, and the Learning & Development team. The goal is to equip partners and staff with the digital skills required to effectively serve the firm’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a global IT Training Strategy and define global training standards with clear learning objectives for partners and staff.
• Design and deliver role-specific development paths covering key digital skills, including AI.
• Lead IT training aspects of Project and Change Management
• Curate IT training content across platforms like LMS, Intranet, and ServiceNow.
• Create and deliver training material using SAP SuccessFactors
• Work with colleagues on software testing before upgrades, document results, and conduct re-testing.
Key Skills:
• Experience in large-scale projects... in legal or professional services
• Proficiency in user adoption, system processes, and change management
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., iManage, Intapp Time, 3e, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat) and AI tools (e.g., Copilot for M365).
This role is offering hybrid working (3 days on site) and up to £70k per annum pro rata (potential to go perm)
