The ideal candidate must be:
• Hard-working and self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment
• confident to work in a team as well as independently.
• Punctual and committed to work
• Review and update the company’s food safety and quality management system’s documentation, to be completed every three months.
• Review and update the company’s HACCP plan’s documentation, to be completed every three months.
• Supervise and document refresher training for staff in food safety and quality procedures and policies, at least once per year.
