Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and manage operational KPI, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
2. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in operational performance, providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
3. Drive the monthly and quarterly reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering key financial metrics to senior management.
4. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with operational leaders to understand business drivers, cost structures, and operational efficiencies.
5. Lead the development of KPIs and performance metrics dashboards tailored to monitor and optimize operational performance.
6. Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and ROI assessments.
7. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy for more effective financial analysis.
8. Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational objectives.
9. Drive the financial evaluation of potential new branches as a decision basis whether to invest.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting operations, providing proactive recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in operations management of a rental car branch AND/OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into comprehensible reports and actionable insights.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficient in financial software and tools; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
6. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
