Develop and maintain financial forecasts focused on revenue projections, cost analysis, and margin modeling to provide visibility into the performance of key strategic objectives.
Owning projections and translating financial results into key performance metrics to provide senior Leadership with actionable insights critical to managing current and future Business direction.
Prepare monthly variance analysis between actual and forecasted results to identify key trends and mitigate risk to Plan.
Develop robust controls and processes around controlling OPEX across all departments of North America. Work cross-functionally with Department Leadership to manage OPEX budgets and monitor spend against forecast to identify areas of inefficiency and overspend for cost-reduction initiatives.
Design and manage CAPEX process to ensure spend aligns with company targets and expansion priorities while safeguarding company assets.
Monitor CAPEX spend throughout project lifecycle to keep initiatives on track and within budget. Conduct financial analysis and evaluate Business Cases to assess ROI of potential Capital Projects.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to ensure Business needs are met.
Qualifications
Education Level: BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA Preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: A CPA or Finance Certification is preferred. You must have 5+ years of experience in Finance as an individual contributor and 1+ years of managerial experience.
Skills: Technical, Communication, Organizational, Language spoken, & Problem Solving
Proficiency in Excel and SQL and translating raw data into financial summaries and actionable insights.
Proven communication skills with strength in driving organizational change.
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Provides input into developing the budget.
Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
