Your job: Marketing & Content Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Hybrid (2 days from our lovely London Liverpool Street office, 3 days remote)
Job purpose: We’re looking for a results-driven adaptable individual with exceptional communication & relationship skills, who is well suited to working in a small team environment to support in the execution of our own agency's B2B marketing. This individual will also be working very closely with the Managing Director and alongside the Sales & Marketing Operations Lead to help grow the Prosperwell brand and strengthen relationships with our current and future care sector clients and partners. The purpose of the role is to generate awareness and demand and to build the brand and marketing programmes that generate a steady flow of qualified leads and discovery calls to our sales team.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation, in order to attract... potential customers, partners and retain existing ones. The Director and executives will count on you for profitability & results as you will play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Marketing Communications, Social Media & Creative:
• Engaging with the social media community and followers, especially our clients and partners as well as prospects, responding to comments and messages
• Managing directories & contact lists
• Creating content (blogs/videos/graphics/gifs): LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,
• Management of Google My Business & YouTube
• Managing outbound Marketing communications
• Creating graphic designs using photoshop/Canva
• Managing and updating website (Webflow)
• Updating and maintaining content calendar
Event & Webinar Planning:
• Liaising with suppliers and partners within the care industry
• Co-ordinating company exhibition events & speaking engagements
• Managing the social media schedule & calendar
• Managing the yearly event calendar
• Liaising with MD’s PA for diary management
• Managing prep for events such as speakers notes or equipment
Leadership, Budget Planning & Reporting:
• Present & report in agency marketing strategy meetings when required
• Support with managing the agency marketing budget and report back outcomes & ROI to MD & M&S Ops Lead
• Supporting with the development & execution of marketing strategies
• Communicate the strategy and plan effectively to the team
• Ability to report on crucial stats such as website visitors, CTR stats from campaigns. etc
Strategic Partnerships & Lead Engagement:
• Managing & tracking relationships with strategic partners, sector associations and news sites
• Maintain exceptional relationships with partners and prospective partners, associations and press
• Managing Marketing Qualified Leads
• Developing e-books and sending to prospective clients
• Proactive & regular liaising and monitoring of communications with partners
• Taking initiative & identifying or recognising potential new partnership opportunities
Email Marketing & Newsletters:
• Growing our mailing list and sending out the monthly company email newsletter
• Collecting and gathering prospect details & contact list
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of GDPR
Podcasting, Videography & Editing:
• Filming and editing agency vlogs using final cut pro or similar platform
• Filming, requesting and editing client testimonials and other video content
• Creating scripts & agendas
• Create and edit animated whiteboard explainer videos which includes researching, recording voiceovers
• Developing the production & content of the company’s video podcast
Blogging:
• Copywriting SEO-focused educational blog
• Recognising industry topics and trends
• Copywriting press releases
• Creative writing
• Proof-reading
• Researching stats within the care sector
Ideal Candidate
• Experience or knowledge on Paid Search & Paid Social Ads (Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram ads platforms)
• Attention to detail
• Creative writing experience - Copywriting for blogs & press releases
• Experienced using Photoshop/Canva for graphic design
• Experience using Webflow & editing websites
• Great project management skills with acute attention to detail
• Video editing experience
