Chemtest is part of Eurofins; we are an award winning company providing routine analytical services and bespoke specialist testing throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. The role - A key member of the Operations Team, this role will focus on utilizing Lean tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, quantify targeted impact, plan projects, and deliver change.
Responsibilities:
• To comply with all the Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role, and perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Eurofins Chemtest Business.
Other duties:
• Contribute to improvement projects across the Business
• Report on all improvement activity in remit
• Develop team members in Lean and other continuous improvement approaches
• Experience in an operational leadership role where significant improvement has been delivered using targeted improvement projects
• Experience influencing team members outside of immediate reporting chain
