Job Description

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to conduct the administrative duties for both our Midlands and Heathrow warehouses on a day-to-day basis whilst supporting the Midlands warehouse operationally when required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the Midlands warehouse inbox.
  • Creating pick lists and billing order.
  • Communicate stock information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support warehouse operations when needed.
  • Place consumable orders for the warehouse.
  • Ensuring consumables orders are sent in appropriate timing to other EFS sites using our collection network.
  • Use COUPA to run reports and monitor warehouse OHB.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders arrive to the warehouse when needed.
  • Work with our Heathrow Market on their administrative needs.
  • Monitoring our frozen archive retrieval requests.
  • Process orders for our Civil Law Cluster and shipping them out in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with our WDT Laboratory on their shipments.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role. To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK.
